Chad & Shane Casper - Owners

Chad and Shanae have lived in Arizona for over 20 years.  They are active members of their community and they love helping people with one of the biggest financial decisions of their life.

Chad has a background in business management and marketing.  He is a people person and you will see him at time serving his community and helping to educate our clients and the community.

Shanae has a background in Occupational Therapy and in bookkeeping.  She enjoys helping the business from behind the scenes and supporting their employees.

Chad and Shanae enjoy spending time with their family and creating memories.

Jovan Cirerol

Jovan Cirerol - Lead Inspector

Jovan was born and raised in Tucson.  His family is from Nogales, AZ.  He has been with the team for 3 years now.  When not inspecting houses Jovan likes to play soccer and golf, and hang out with his cats.

Cody Wirth - Inspector

Cody is retired from the US Navy. She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and son.  Cody enjoys home inspecting because it brings something new every day.  She gets satisfaction from giving our clients the peace of mind of a friendly and thorough inspection during their major life-transition.

Kurt McCormick- Inspector

Kurt grew up in the town of Rio Rico.  Prior to inspecting homes, Kurt worked in the transportation industry.  He started in accounts receivable and worked up to his CDL license delivering housing materials.  It was these deliveries that inspired him to get into home inspections.  When not inspecting homes Kurt is with his family and playing music.  He enjoys helping people with the largest purchase of their lives and helping them manage the stress of buying a home.
